Aquabeam

Aquabeam is the electronic and world fusion music project of Lightborn that started out playing small clubs in New York City in 2001. Inspired by the films of Stanley Kubrick, the live performances were improvised melodies played over dub and electro beats to the rhythm of spave travel while video visuals played on screen. Void, one of Lower Manhattan's highest rated night spots, recorded live performances and released them on Void Records. Aquabeam has since incorporated more turntablism, and will be featured on the Eastlight Records Compilation "Level 3 Rhino Alert."
